We prioritize timely delivery and ensuring your emotional sentiments are received as fresh and beautiful as possible. Sometimes, due to the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, substitutions of equal or greater value may be necessary. We make every effort to maintain the overall "look and feel" of the arrangement, taking into account the shape, size, style, and color combinations. In arrangements with only one type of flower, the variety will be prioritized over color. For example, if an order is for yellow daisies, we will substitute a different color of daisies, rather than a different yellow flower. Substitutions of white roses and cream roses, as well as peach roses and pink roses, may occur. Additionally, white orchids and purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for each other as necessary.
